This year's first meeting of the expert (working) groups on the development of transport and road infrastructure of Pridnestrovie and Moldova was held in the office of the OSCE Mission in Kishinev on March 24, 2015.
The parties continued to discuss issues related to the participation of vehicles with Pridnestrovian registration in international traffic, including in terms of passenger transportation between Pridnestrovie and Moldova (http://mfa-pmr.org/ru/SyP).
Experts of Pridnestrovie and Moldova analyzed violations of previously agreed arrangements for issuing permits to Pridnestrovian hauliers and it was confirmed the absence of any new requirements for transport companies of Pridnestrovie in international passenger traffic.
At the request of the representatives of the Republic of Moldova, the Pridnestrovian experts presented information on some aspects related to the introduction in Pridnestrovie a compulsory automobile liability insurance of owners of vehicles registered in Moldova.
The sides agreed to continue cooperation on issues of mutual interest.
