The Foreign Ministry held a meeting of Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev with a delegation of the Republic of Austria and of the OSCE Mission to Moldova. In particular, the delegation included Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Austria to the Republic of Moldova Christine Freilinger and Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova Stephen Young.
At the meeting the sides discussed topical aspects of future activities under the 2017 Austria’s Chairmanship in the OSCE. In particular, conversation focused on the parameters of the visit of the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Wolf Dietrich Heim in Pridnestrovie.
The discussion also touched upon a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation with emphasis on possible joint initiatives in various fields of common interest.
