Deputy Chairperson of the Government for International Cooperation of the PMR, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR Nina Shtanski sent a message of greetings to the Head of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of South Ossetia David Sanakoyev on the occasion of the Independence Day.
The message says in part, “During its long history the South Ossetian people formed a unique cultural and historical area, which has become a fertile ground for the development of the Republic of South Ossetia.
Your people have done a difficult way to build a free and independent state. They have courageously defended their right to life and have kept their own identity at key historical points. Nowadays, South Ossetia nears the next goal with the support of the Russian Federation - the full integration into the global socio-political, economic and cultural processes.”
Nina Shtanski expressed confidence that further strengthening of friendly relations between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic will contribute to sustainable development of both countries.
