According to Press-service of the President of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, on September 22, 2012 Karen Mirzoyan was appointed new Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh.
President of the NKR Bako Saakyan characterized Karen Mirzoyan as a diplomat having vast experience in this field of work.
As the President told, appointment of Karen Mirzoyan will give new momentum to work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the NKR. Bako Saakyan thanked Vasiliy Atadzhanyan for his diplomatic activity in the capacity of acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the NKR.
