Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan sent congratulations to the Head of the Foreign Ministry Vitaly Ignatiev on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
In his salutary address, the head of the Nagorno-Karabakh diplomacy noted with satisfaction that the PMR has made significant progress in strengthening the sovereignty, political and social development during the years of independence.
“I am convinced that further development and strengthening of bilateral relations between the PMR and the Republic of Artsakh will continue to serve the interests of our peoples, peace, security and stability in our countries” – emphasized Karen Mirzoyan.
