Opening the meeting, Nina Shtanski told Stefan Wolff about positive responses of Pridnestrovian public on the lecture British professor held in T.G. Shevchenko Pridnestrovian State University on March 30, 2012. Due to professor's involvement into work on analysis of agreements in the negotiation process, Nina Shtanski informed the guest about the results of the conference in German town of Rottach-Egern and noticed that practical solution of many issues of the agenda is directly connected with earlier signed agreements.
Stefan Wolff congratulated leadership and staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PMR with 20th anniversary of formation of Pridnestrovian diplomatic service. The parties emphasized special attention on discussion of current dynamics in Moldova-Pridnestrovie relations.
Interlocutors discussed large number of aspects which deal with negotiation process between Pridnestrovie and Moldova. For example, work in 5+2 format, issues of observing already agreed questions, preservation of peace on Dniester banks were touched upon.
After the discussion Stefan Wolff informed journalists that his meeting with Pridnestrovian diplomats is of academic interest because information from first hands allows to understand real state of affairs in the Republic.
