In the framework of the official visit of the delegation of Pridnestrovie to the Republic of Abkhazia, Head of the State Yevgeny Shevchuk met with President of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov, official web-site of the President of the PMR reports. Participating from the Pridnestrovian side was also Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the PMR for International Cooperation, Foreign Minister Nina Shtanski, from the side of South Ossetia – Foreign Minister David Sanakoyev and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the RSO to Abkhazia Oleg Botsiyev.
In the course of the meeting prospects for development of cooperation of Pridnestrovie and South Ossetia were discussed. Exchange of views on pressing issues of life-sustaining activity took place at the Embassy of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Republic of Abkhazia.
