On May 12, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovien Moldavian Republic Vladimir Yastrebchak received Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Federative Republic of Germany in the Republic of Moldova Berthold Johannes. In the course of the meeting, the participants discussed the current state of the negotiations on normalization of relations between the Republic of Moldova and Pridnestrovie, as well as some aspects of the work of expert groups of the sides. Special attention was paid to discussions of the results of the visit of representatives of Pridnestrovie to Germany which took place on April 11-15 this year. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovien Moldavian Republic expressed gratitude to organizers of the visit for the possibility to have a direct dialogue with the German side.
