President Yevgeny Shevchuk met with the deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Council of the ANO “Eurasian integration”. Alexei Zhuravlev informed the president on the progress of construction work on a number of building sites that are held on the territory of Pridnestrovie by the Russian non-governmental organization.
During the visit to the republic the RF State Duma deputy inspected intermediate results of the project on building the chemotherapy block of the Republican Clinical Hospital in Tiraspol. In addition, Alexei Zhuravlev plans to visit the TB dispensary of the Central district hospital of Rybnitsa, Russian secondary school No.6 with lyceum classes in Rybnitsa, as well as a school in the village Tashlyk. “All of these sites are in the stage of completion. Despite the existing crisis, we all feel it, there is a difficult situation in the Russian Federation and in Pridnestrovie, we continue to build social facilities. The work is going according to a plan,” said the Chairman of the Council of the NGO “Eurasian integration”.
Alexei Zhuravlev also shared plans of the final commissioning of the education and health care facilities being under construction. For example, it is assumed that the construction work in the TB dispensary in Rybnitsa will be completed in May this year, the chemotherapy block - in June, in Tashlyk’s school - in July, in Rybnitsa’s secondary school -by September.
According to the Russian deputy, another two facilities being built through the ANO “Eurasian Integration”: the block of the Republican Tuberculosis Hospital in Bendery and perinatal centre of the Republican centre of mother and child care in Tiraspol, - are also planned to be commissioned in 2016.
We remind that the socio-humanitarian programme through the ANO “Eurasian Integration” includes the construction of fourteen social facilities, primarily in the areas of health and education. Five kindergartens, a new building of the Faculty of Medicine of the T.G. Shevchenko Pridnestrovian State University, and a concrete plant have already been put into operation. The project is personally supervised by RF Deputy Prime Minister, Special Representative of the Russian President for Pridnestrovie Dmitry Rogozin.
