Today, Nina Shtansky, the Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the PMR for the International Cooperation, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to the Republic of Moldova Matyas Szilagyi and the delegation “International Centre for Democratic Transition” (ICDT) headed by the President Istvan Gyarmati. The delegation included Annamária Kékesi, the Development Director, Péter Kádas, Project Manager, Sándor Köles, Senior Advisor of the Euroregion «Dniester», Kata Fodor, the expert of the Office of the Ombudsman.
The participants highly appreciated the dynamic of the development of Pridnestrovian and Hungarian cultural relations, as well as they discussed the topical issues of bilateral cooperation.
During the conversation the participants drew special attention to the implementation of the Hungarian project in Rybnitsa providing for the establishment of a socially-oriented centre. The Hungarian side presented some groundwork and technical documents which would be examined in detail by Pridnestrovian competent experts.
It should be noted that the Hungarian side's initiative had been discussed earlier during the meetings with the leadership of the PMR's MFA, as well as with representatives of line-institutions of the Republic.
