On July 15, 2009, a Law of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic № 774-З-IV dated by June 12, 2009, “On some peculiarities of crossing the state border of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic by persons enjoying consular and diplomatic immunities and privileges” came into force. (See: The Code of Acts of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic's legislation №24 dated by June 12, 2009).
This Law regulates the procedure of crossing the state border of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic by persons enjoying consular and diplomatic immunities and privileges in accordance with the norms of international law and legislative acts of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
The given Law reflects the grounds for diplomatic agents' admission to the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the procedure of crossing the state border by diplomatic agents, the grounds for diplomatic agents' admission restriction and also the procedure of traveling along the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
