In the course of the meeting Vitaly Ignatiev expressed the view that participation in the dialogue of representatives of the authorities of the republic would enhance the efficiency of interaction of the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies with Pridnestrovie.

“The Russian side’s support is of a system nature, therefore we invited the representatives of the senior officials of relevant ministries and institutions of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic which would  assist in identifying the most priority areas of cooperation, in the framework of which the Dniester-Prut Centre could promote assistance. Thus, our cooperation will be filled with additional practical content,” – said the Diplomat.

Director of the Dniester-Prut Centre of the RISS Sergei Mokshantsev, in his turn, informed that the Centre intends to develop the positive experience of cooperation with Pridnesrovie in 2014.

“We would like to determine a work plan for 2015, to understand the wishes and aspirations of the Pridnestrovian side associated with both the development of economic relations with the Russian Federation and with the implementation of social and charity projects that we could interact with the relevant departments of Pridnestrovie. Next year we will increase the experience that we received in 2014, which, in my opinion, has become a very successful,” – he said.
