A meeting with the delegation of the “Crisis Management Initiative” (CMI) was held by Deputy Foreign Minister of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev. Taking part in the meeting at the MFA of the PMR were Roxana Cristescu, the Head of CMI's Programme in Eastern Europe & Caucasus, as well as Programme Advisers Denis Matveev and Jale Sultanli.
The representatives of the organization described the activities of CMI on the track of the Moldova-Pridnestrovie settlement, and also informed of a number of planned activities.
The two sides discussed a number of topical issues in the context of the current state of the negotiation process and the problems relating to the complex socio-economic pressure on Pridnestrovie from Moldova and Ukraine.
