Today, the Foreign Ministry of the PMR hosted a meeting at the initiative of the EUBAM between the delegation of the EU Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine and the leadership of the State Customs Committee of the PMR. Taking part in the meeting was Acting Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the PMR Alexander Mostovich, Deputy Heads of the State Customs Committee of the PMR Svetlana Klimenkova and Boris Panko, and also Deputy Foreign Minister of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev. The delegation of the Mission was headed by Team Leader of the EUBAM Technical Support Section Rosario De Blasio. In the course of the meeting the participants discussed a number of issues of mutual interest, and initiatives aimed at improving the situation in customs and economic cooperation between Pridnestrovie, the Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine.
