The final meeting of the Permanent Conference during the Ukrainian OSCE-Chairmanship will take place in Kiev on November 25 and 26 a.c.
In the course of the round of negotiations Pridnestrovian side is intended to continue the discussion of the whole complex of issues concerning the freedom of movement, ecological issues, the issue of the “pension protocol”, and problems blocking the beginning of works on dismantling of the funicular. Besides, Pridnestrovian side is ready to discuss the issue of elaboration of guarantee mechanism of implementation of agreements, reached by the sides.
As reported before, within the framework of the meeting in Kiev Pridnestrovian side will discuss the initiative about adjustment of mutually acceptable trade regime between Pridnestrovie and Moldova, based on removal of mutual impediments. Besides, Tiraspol is expecting that in Kiev in the framework of the decisions took by the authorities of RM upon the nonuse of sanctions to Pridnestrovian citizens having external passports of Russia and Ukraine, in crossing the Moldavian border, the sides will succeed in accepting internationally guaranteed mechanism, excluding application of administrative sanctions against above-noted category of Pridnestrovian citizens. In the framework of the freedom of movement Pridnestrovie is also ready to continue discussion of the need for permits enabling international freight and passenger transportation to be forwarded by Moldova to transportation organization? As well as considering prospects of repairs of the bridge over the Dniester River near villages Bychok and Gura-Bykului and of access routes.
Pridnestrovie is also intended to discuss the issues concerning repairs of wastewater treatment facilities in Dubossary (Pridnestrovie) and Kriuliany (Moldova).
