According to the official website of the Abkhazian MFA, ministerial decorations awarding ceremony arranged to coincide with the 20th anniversary since creation of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Abkhazia was held today.
Twenty three politicians and public figures who have made a significant contribution to the development of foreign policy of Abkhazia were awarded for their contribution to the development of international development and diplomatic activity.
Participating in the solemn ceremony which took place at the building of the Cabinet of Ministers was Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the PMR for International Cooperation, Minister of Foreign Affairs Nina Shtanski. Today she has been awarded the Medal for Merit.
