Today, Sukhum hosted the meeting between Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the PMR for International Cooperation, Minister of Foreign Affairs Nina Shtanski and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Vyacheslav Chirikba.
In the course of the meeting, the sides discussed prospects for cooperation between Abkhazia and Pridnestrovie. The interlocutors marked a positive character of bilateral interaction.
The meeting resulted in the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Cooperation in the Field of International Relations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
Heads of foreign offices also reconciled the Plan of Consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for 2013.
