“It's time to open Office of the Public Chamber of Russia in Pridnestrovie”. This opinion was voiced today by Elena Lukyanova, Doctor of Juridical Science, Professor of the Department of Constitutional Law at the Moscow State University. She is representative of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. The legal expert considers that such an agency would be additional insurance for interests of Russian nationals living in the PMR. Besides, it will make it easier to address issues within the joint Russian-Pridnestrovian expert group on the legislation harmonization. The decision to form this group was made at the international conference “Harmonization of legislation with Russia - backbone for development of the Pridnestrovian statehood.”
Elena Lukyanova is sure that this proposal would be understood and supported by Russian deputies.
