On October 3, 2012 the meeting was held in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation between State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Grigory Karasin and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR, Political Representative in Negotiation Process on Pridnestrovian Settlement Nina Shtanski. Deputy Head of Second Department on the CIS States of the Russia's MFA Vitaly Tryapitsyn also took part in the meeting. Issues of cooperation between the Russian Federation and Pridnestrovie and situation in the 5+2 negotiations were discussed during the meeting.
Minister informed Russian diplomats on the work of expert groups which are designed to work out practical decisions in frames of “small steps” tactics which is implemented by Pridnestrovie and Moldova since January, 2012.
