Festivities dedicated to the 22nd Anniversary of creation of the Republic began in South Ossetia on September 18, 2012. Delegation of our State from the side of foreign office of Pridnestrovie is represented by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev.
Within the framework of the visit Pridnestrovian delegation met with the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov and with the Speaker of Parliament Stanislav Kochiev. Pridnestrovian guests participated in ceremony of wreath-laying at the Memorial of fallen defenders on the cemetery located in the yard of Tshinval's school №5.
Today the capital of South Ossetia saw a solemn meeting dedicated to the 22nd Anniversary of creation of the Republic. Top leadership, members of government, deputies of Parliament and foreign guests participated in the event. During solemn meeting Vitaly Ignatiev read welcoming address on the behalf of the President of the PMR Yevgeny Shevchuk and presented it to Leonid Tibilov.
