Bureau of Special Representative of the Russian Federation for Pridnestrovie may be opened in Tiraspol which will work on permanent basis and shall assume part of functions on providing consular service. Dmitry Rogozin told about such possibility today while commenting on the problem of exchange of international passports for Russian citizens and on the ability to get Russian passports for Pridnestrovian residents. Speaking before the representatives of scientific circles of the Republic he mentioned that Russia will make such step if no positive solution of this problem will be found in dialogue with Moldova on the issue of opening of Consulate General in Tiraspol.
