On July 17 Pridnestrovian delegation arrived to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic to participate in monitoring of the results of the Presidential elections. During the visit delegation met with candidates and exchanged opinions on the election campaign and organization of voting.
As part of the visit on July 17 Chairman of Central Election Commission of the PMR Petr Denisenko and Chairman of Central Election Commission of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Rashid Petrosyan took part in signing ceremony of Agreement and Protocol on Cooperation between Central Election Commissions of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and of Pridnestrovie
This agreement establishes mutually beneficial cooperation and coordination by organizing exchange of legal information, documentation, materials; joint scientific-practical events, participation in joint workshops and conferences, exchange of practical experience in field of electoral and referendum law.
Members of Pridnestrovian delegation held working meetings with Chairman of Central Election Commission of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Rashid Petrosyan and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vasily Atadzhanyan during which issues of interdepartmental coordination and perspectives of further cooperation between the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic were discussed.
