Today the building of the Government of the Russian Federation hosted a ceremony of signing five Memoranda of interministerial cooperation between federal governmental authorities of the Russian Federation and state executive authorities of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

On November 10, 2014 at Kishinev airport actions of plainly inflammatory and militant character were taken against President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic E.V. Shevchuk who was heading on working trip to Moscow, by the group of representatives of Moldovan Special Services, pro-Romanian political forces of the Republic of Moldova and so-called “combatants”.

Today, the working meeting between Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the PMR for International cooperation, Foreign Minister Nina Shtanski and Co-Chairperson of the Joint Control Commission from the Russian Federation Yevgeny Vereshchaga took place in the Foreign Ministry of the PMR.

Round Table on “Contemporary political challenges for Pridnestrovie” was held in Tiraspol

Today, a round table on “Contemporary political challenges for Pridnestrovie. Social consolidation as a basis of security” took place in the office of the Republican Movement ”Recognition”. The event was attended by Co-Chairperson of the Joint Control Commission from Pridnestrovie Oleg Belyakov, Deputy Ministers of Defense of the PMR Pavel Mikhailov and Nikolay Muntyan, Deputy to the Supreme Soviet of the PMR, Chairperson of the General Council of the Republican public movement “Recognition” Vyacheslav Tobukh, and also representatives of republican non-governmental organizations and movements. Taking part in the event also was Deputy Foreign Minister of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev.

Press Club “Uncut Talk” Took Place in the PMR’s MFA with the Participation of European Journalists

Today, the MFA of the PMR hosted the next meeting in the framework of the press club “Uncut talk”. Taking part in the talk with Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the PMR for International Cooperation, Foreign Minister N. V. Shtanski for the first time in such format were foreign journalists from a number of known European media: ORF (Austria), Westdeutscher Rundfunk (Germany), Der Tagesspiegel (Germany), Neue Zurcher Zeitung (Switzerland), Austrian Press Agency (АРА) (Austria). The representatives of Pridnestrovian media were invited as well.

It even got to the point that the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office who visited Kishinev and Tiraspol in the framework of shuttle diplomacy could not get the answers from the Moldovan side to the questions concerning us,” – she stressed.

Today, a working interdepartmental meeting on preparation of the report to the President of Pridnestrovie on the implementation of Action plan on the execution of the recommendations proposed by UN Senior Expert for Human Rights in Pridnestrovie Thomas Hammarberg was held in the PMR’s MFA.

Today, the MFA of the PMR hosted a meeting between Deputy Foreign Minister of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev and Charge d\'affaires of the Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Moldova Neil Martin.
