Evgeny Shevchuk Participated in the Opening of the Alley of Famous Gunsmiths in Tula

Today, within the framework of working visit to the Russian Federation, the President of Pridnestrovie Yevgeny Shevchuk visited Tula. As reported by Вести.ру, today the residents of Tula celebrate for the first time the Day of the Gunsmith. On this occasion Alley of Fame of Famous Gunsmiths was laid on the territory of Tula Museum of Weapon. The bust of Peter I became the first monument of the Alley. He founded commercial production of weapon 300 years ago in Tula.



Pridnestrovian President Yevgeny Shevchuk participated in solemn event at the invitation of Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Special Representative of the President of Russia on Pridnestrovie Dmitry Rogozin. Dmitry Rogozin was granted honorary right to open the Alley.



On the occasion of an important event the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the Chairman of the Government of the RF Dmitry Medvedev sent welcoming addresses to the residents of Tula.



Today the representatives of leading defense enterprises demonstrated to the guests up-to-date samples of warlike equipment.
