On the Meeting of Expert (Working) Groups on Regulatory and Document Support of Citizens
Today, on November 20, 2014 after more than six-month's pause the OSCE Office in Tiraspol hosted the meeting of expert (working) groups from Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova on issues of regulatory and document support of citizens.During the meeting the parties considered a number of topical issues affecting the interests of the citizens living both in Pridnestrovie, and in Moldova. The experts paid special attention to the problems of making records of acts and making amendments in them, obtaining archival information, cooperating with international partners in the line of civil registry bodies, and also to the issue of authentication of issued documents. During the discussion the relevant specialists previously agreed with the need for careful consideration of the mechanism of constant communication between relevant services of Pridnestrovie and Moldova in order to implement orderly information exchange. In particular, agreement was reached on elaboration of practical proposals for the organization of interaction between relevant bodies of the parties, the opportunities for the substantive implementation of which will be considered at the next meeting of the expert (working) groups. 
Concluding the meeting, group leaders affirmed their readiness to intensify contacts in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness at the level of matter experts.
