Pridnestrovian Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting between Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexander Stetsyuk and Deputy Head of OSCE Mission to Moldova Antti Karttunen.
During the meeting, the parties discussed relevant aspects of arranging the conference on confidence-building measures, which will be held in Bavaria on November 4-5. In this context, Alexander Stetsyuk emphasized the need to ensure equal opportunities for the parties to bring their positions through expert discussions. He also emphasized the demand for the active participation of invited experts in each panel session at the conference.
In the course of the conversation, diplomats paid attention to the implementation of some project initiatives with the assistance of the OSCE. In particular, a discussion was held on a project to export pesticides from the territory of Pridnestrovie.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue working contacts across the entire range of relevant areas.
