Today the regular meeting of expert working groups on economic issues took place in OSCE Office in Tiraspol city. The meeting was held in an extended format including experts in the field of land tenure.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the activity agenda of the mentioned industry groups and discussed the prospects of resolving urgent issues of the import-export activity of Pridnestrovian economic agents. In addition, the meeting discussed the issue of land tenure in Dubossary district by Moldovan economic agents.
Participants didn't manage to reach a consensus concerning specific areas for further work while addressing the pressing issues of the interaction between economic agents of Pridnestrovie and Moldova. Unfortunately, the Pridnestrovian side did not get evidence about the readiness of Moldovan experts to substantive consideration of this range of issues.
Relating to business activity of Moldovan economic agents on the territory of Dubossary district the parties agreed on the need to update information about Moldovan land users in accordance with the temporary registration mechanism developed in 2006.
Concluding the meeting the participants agreed to hold the next meeting of the working groups on economics until the end of May this year.
