Head of PMR’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs made welcoming speech on behalf of Pridnestrovien President on the congress of International Russia Movement

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovien Moldavian Republic Vladimir Yastrebchak participated in working conference (congress) of International Russia Movement, which took place in Moscow on October 15, 2011.

On international forum, which representatives of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Pridnestrovie, South Ossetia, Moldova, Latvia, Great Britain, France, Spain and other countries were involved in, head of Pridnestrovien diplomacy made an Appeal to delegates on behalf of the President of the PMR I.N. Smirnov.

In his welcoming address head of Pridnestrovien state expressed confidence in significance of the present forum, which will become an important step on the way to consolidation of compatriots and will give an impulse to reunification of partioned nation. 

“Today, as always, Russian state is not only one of the poles of the world, but a salvational island for many nations, united by common history, culture, faith and values,” the document marks. 

In the address of the PMR's President is particularly emphasized, that in Pridnestrovie the processes of creation of all-Russian people's front and International Russia strengthened the confidence of people in the fact, that interlunation and disintegration are becoming the things of the past. 

From his side Foreign Minister Vladimir Yastrebchak expressed confidence, that the ideas of Eurasian Union will become an adequate response to all the efforts to separate nations of united Russian World.

Pridnestrovien diplomat noted that now it is a time for centripetal, integrative processes on post-Soviet space, and expressed support of program theses of International Russia in the network of all-Russian people's front, directed to acceleration of process of reunification of multinational population of Historical Russia.  

During the forum the participants of working conference of International Russia initiated creation in the network of all-Russian people's front of International Committee on analytical and expert activity, on aspects of international relations, foreign policy of the Russian Federation, cultural cooperation of Russian people with international community, assistance to the integration of civil societies and creation of Eurasian Economic Union.

On the decision of congress, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovien Moldavian Republic Vladimir Yastrebchak was delegated to membership of International Committee as participant of expert council, formed from the number of authoritative experts, analytics, public and political figures.
