Dear Raul Dzhumkovich!
On behalf of the leadership of Pridnestrovie and on my own behalf I present my compliments and send congratulations on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the signing of the Treaty on Friendship and Cooperation between the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the Republic of Abkhazia!
The bilateral agreement which was signed between our countries cemented the aspiration of the Pridnestrovian and Abkhazian peoples to develop close and friendly relations based on trust and support, aimed for mutually beneficial cooperation in the social, humanitarian, educational and cultural spheres.
It is encouraging that during the past year pursuant to the Treaty we have succeeded to make a number of steps towards the intensification of inter-departmental cooperation which reflected in signed agreements by the foreign ministries, investigative and prosecutorial agencies. The development of the cultural component of the bilateral cooperation has a high potential today.
Taking this opportunity I express my continued commitment to the comprehensive development of strong trust relations for the sake of prosperity of the peoples of our fraternal republics!
I wish you, dear Raul Dzhumkovich, and the people of Abkhazia health and well-being, happiness and peace, stability and prosperity!
