​Today, within the framework of the ongoing visit to the capital of the Russian Federation Acting Foreign Minister of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev held several meetings with representatives of the government of Russia.

In particular, the Head of Foreign Ministry had a working meeting with Dmitry Loskutov, the Assistant to Deputy Prime Minister, Special Representative of the Russian President for Pridnestrovie D.O. Rogozin.


​Today, while on the working visit to Moscow Acting Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev met with Chairman of the RF State Duma Committee on the property, Head of the State Duma Interfactional group on cooperation with the Supreme Council of Pridnestrovie Sergei Gavrilov.



Today, on 14 October 2015, during the working visit Acting Foreign Minister of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev met with officials of the Russian Federation in Moscow.

Today the State Duma of the Russian Federation held a grand opening of the exhibition dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the T.G. Shevchenko Pridnestrovian State University. The exposition tells in detail about the history of the university, provides information about famous graduates, the structure of the educational process and basic training programmes.


The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PMR continues to receive from the media, the Commissioner for Human Rights in Pridnestrovie, human rights organizations and individual representatives of the civil society of Pridnestrovie, as well as agencies of the United Nations regarding the situation with the detention of officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the PMR Maksim Kuzmichev in the Hellenic Republic.



The regular meeting of representatives on political issues of the Republic of Moldova and Pridnestrovie Vitaly Ignatiev and Victor Osipov was held in the Tiraspol office of the OSCE Mission.



The Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting of Acting Foreign Minister of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev with a delegation of American diplomats represented by Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Bridget Brink and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Moldova James Pettit. From the Pridnestrovian side the meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR Dmitry Palamarchuk.



Acting Foreign Minister of the PMR, member of the Pridnestrovian delegation in the Joint Control Commission Vitaly Ignatiev commented to Novosti Pridnestrovya on the course of negotiations on the platform of governing body of the peacekeeping operation

​- Vitaly Viktorovich, it is the third session when the Moldovan delegation to the Joint Control Commission blocks approval of a new representative of the Russian Federation in the JCC - Lieutenant Colonel Gachurin Aleksei Ivanovich. What could be the consequences of such an approach of the Moldovan side?



The Deputy Minister discussed with hosts prospects of economic cooperation between Pridnestrovie and the Russian Federation, as well as shared his opinion on the development of trade relations with the European Union after 31 December 2015.


The PMR’s Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR Dmitry Palamarchuk with the delegation of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland led by Director of the Causeway Institute Kingsley Donaldson.
