Today, the Foreign Ministry of Pridnestrovie hosted a meeting between the Deputy Prime Minister for International Cooperation of the PMR, Minister of Foreign Affairs Nina Shtanski and delegation of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe headed by the Chairman of the Congress Monitoring Committee of the Chamber of Local Authorities of the Congress Lars Molin.
Today, Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the PMR for International Cooperation, Foreign Minister Nina Shtanski met with the OSCE delegation headed by Special Representative of the OSCE Chairman-In-Office Ambassador Radojko Bogojević.
Within the visit of the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairman-In-Office Radojko Bogojevic to Pridnestrovie the office of the OSCE Mission in Tiraspol hosted the heads of expert groups from Pridnestrovie.
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of PMR for international cooperation, Minister of Foreign Affairs Nina Shtanski received the delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland headed by the Director of the Eastern Department of the MFA of the Republic of Poland Konrad Pawlik. The delegation consisted of the First Secretary of the Eastern Department of the MFA of the Republic of Poland Emilia Yasiuk, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to the Republic of Moldova Artur Michalski and Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland to the Republic of Moldova Jerzy Stankiewicz. Taking part in the meeting was Deputy Foreign Minister of PMR Vitaly Ignatiev.
Today, the OSCE Office in Tiraspol hosted the first meeting of the expert (working) groups on humanitarian assistance from Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova in the current year. Taking part in the meeting were representatives of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Moldova, the OSCE Mission, the European Union, and the Embassy of the USA.
On June a.c. the OSCE Office in Kishinev hosted a regular meeting of the expert (working) groups on education issues. Agreement to hold this meeting was reached at the Conference on Confidence Building Measures organized on June 10-11 a.c. in Freising (Germany).
Today, in accordance with the agreements reached in the framework of the Conference on Confidence Building Measures (held on June 10-11, 2014 in Freising, Germany) the OSCE Office in Tiraspol hosted a meeting of the expert (working) groups on ecology and agriculture.
Today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PMR has been notified by the political representative of Moldova Yevgeny Karpov that a number of Pridnestrovie’s requirements with regard to lifting blockade restrictions for Pridnestrovian enterprises was satisfied by the Moldovan side. The point, in particular, is about the cancellation of customs duties on carrying out import-export operations and environmental taxes for Pridnestrovian enterprises
