Head of PMR’s MFA congratulated Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation with State Holiday – Russia Day

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR Nina Shtanski sent congratulations to Head of Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov.

In the welcoming address it is said: “For more than 20 years of existence of independent Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic geostrategic political factor, mental and moral basis of demographic resources were assumed as a foundation of Pridnestrovian relations with Russia.

Common historical destiny, interaction of States and mutual respect by the peoples became chains of unbreakable cooperation between Russia and Pridnestrovie.

Starting with practical support of Russian citizens living in the PMR and ending with political decisions on State level, which were repeatedly made by the leaders of the Russian Federation in order to drain the conflict potential; the system character of such help – all this allows to forecast positive dynamics of development of firm and friendly relations, construction of stable mechanism of cooperation in different spheres – educational, economical, political, security, – in future.

Minister pointed out that policymakers of the Russian Federation always had authority among Pridnestrovian citizens. Influence of Russian political elite on the fate of Pridnestrovie is high, among other factors, because of the work of such highly-professional diplomats as Sergei Lavrov.
